1) Definitions

"Site" means the Iconlink website and any related pages/environments (including staging if accessible). "Services" means the Site's current and future features (e.g., showcase pages, pre-registration forms, onboarding, sneak peek galleries, contact forms, newsletters, etc.). "User" / "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Site. "Model" means a user submitting a whitelist/pre-registration application. "Brand" / "Client" means a user submitting an early-access lead or commercial inquiry. "AI Artist" / "Creator" means a user onboarding as an AI content creator. "User Content" means any content you submit or make available (text, images, portfolio/social links, name, bio, samples, prompts, etc.). "Iconlink Content" means the Site's design, UI, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and the selection/arrangement of content on the Site.

2) Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Site, you represent that you are eligible and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3) Phase 1 Nature (Showcase + Recruitment)

Iconlink Phase 1 is a showcase and acquisition website designed to build credibility and recruit participants. You acknowledge that inclusion in the Model whitelist is not guaranteed; participation is subject to our review and acceptance. We may use the Site to display limited previews, case studies, or recruitment materials.

4) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site and/or submitting any form (Model Whitelist, Brand Early Access, AI Artist onboarding), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

5) User Content

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. You grant Iconlink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display User Content as needed to operate the Site and provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6) Intellectual Property

Iconlink Content is owned by Iconlink or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission. Our name, logo, and trademarks are protected.

7) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy at https://iconlink.ai/privacy. By using the Site, you consent to that policy.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconlink and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Iconlink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at https://iconlink.ai/terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
